We have just returned from the Food Ingredients 2011 exhibition in Paris. For the past 25 years the event has been the platform for showcasing the development and evolution of the food and beverage industry and this year’s talking point was largely centred on stevia sweetener. This led me to realise that not only have there been huge advancements in technology over Mintec’s similar life span (29 years) but also specifically in new technology for the area of production and in the use of raw materials and commodities. In order to develop our service, we would like to better understand you, our customers.

We are not after trade secrets; we are looking for any generic information that you are happy to release.
