Support Analyst/Helpdesk Analyst
Location: Wooburn Green, near High Wycombe
Salary: £25k (dependant on experience) plus benefits (to include 10% bonus package, pension and 23 days holiday).
Role:
Key to the continued growth of this exciting business is the provision and maintenance of excellent infrastructure and first class internal and external support. Reporting to the IT manager, you will be responsible for first and second line support to internal users and customers. You will also be involved in the configuring and managing of Mintec's infrastructure and the administration of internal applications and users.
