Mintec works closely with many of the world’s most recognisable retail, food manufacturing and food service brands. We have nearly tripled in size over the past four years and with your help we have ambitious plans to continue our global expansion.

Upon joining the Mintec graduate programme you will become an integral part of our team over the next two years. You will find opportunities to develop your skills and experience through challenging and exciting projects in varied six-month multi-disciplinary placements across key parts of the business.

Location: Mintec Head Office, Wooburn Green, near High Wycombe UK
Salary: Competitive starting rate plus a salary increase with successful completion of each of the programme’s modules. Also offered is a 10% bonus package, pension and 23 days holiday.
